Feng Shou Kuei Hua Chen is a grape wine infused with sweet osmanthus flowers ("kuei hua" meaning osmanthus flower) and sweetened with sugar. While other Kuei Hua Chen Chiew may use baijiu (often made from sorghum, though sometimes rice or other grains) as a base alcohol, this brand uses grape wine. It can be used in place of sweet red vermouth.
